I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Kathmandu, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The energy of the entire hotel felt radiant and uplifting — light, bright, and deeply welcoming. Every member of the staff was kind and attentive, creating an atmosphere of warmth and care.The highlight of my stay was the breakfast — without a doubt, the best in Kathmandu. I was graciously greeted each morning by Chef Machindra, Executive Chef Sushmit, Rabin, and Babu, who went out of their way to encourage me to try new dishes I might not have chosen myself. Every dish was a delight to the palate and a testament to the culinary passion and professionalism of the team.In fact, based on my wonderful experience in Kathmandu, I chose to book my next stay at the Hilton in Bangkok. While perfectly adequate, it simply did not compare to the outstanding hospitality, food, and vibrant energy I experienced at Hilton Kathmandu.My heartfelt thanks to the entire team — you’ve set a new standard for excellence.

The ambience , location and cleanliness. The staff are all helpful.

I didn’t know that I have booked without BF in booking.com. But I think in a five star like this one every room should have BF included as default.

Except for the staff employment, promoting women staff and physically challenged staff. Nothing else was good. The management was very bad. Very Bad hospitality

Clean and comfortable bed, the pillows were amazing. The room has everything you need, including charging station. Toiletries are included. Good shower and bathtub. Mini bar is free unless requiring refill. Which is great value. Great breakfast! So many options to choose from and the some of the best croissants I’ve ever had. Great spa and gym.Service was excellent. Room service is affordable and delicious.

Tricky to figure out the TV and how to use Netflix. Would be great if this was more user friendly. Thankfully I had my iPad so it was not required.

He even arranged for a delicious Nepali meal tailored for my kids, helping them explore the local cuisine in a fun and memorable way — a gesture we deeply appreciated.What touched us even more was Hilton’s commitment to inclusivity. It was inspiring to see the hotel fostering opportunities for staff with limitations such as hearing or speech impairments, creating a workplace that is both diverse and empowering.The hotel itself is brand new, with all facilities featuring the latest technology and elegant design. The spa truly felt like heaven on earth — a serene, luxurious escape. And the rooftop pool, with its breathtaking views over the city, the mountains, and unforgettable sunsets, was simply magical.Hilton Kathmandu is a perfect blend of heartfelt hospitality, modern luxury, and inspiring values. We can’t wait to return!

It was a superb experience staying in Hilton. It was my first stay in this chain of hotel. The hospitality was highly commendable. The food was awesome. I will certain stay in this chain of hotels. I should make special mention and express my words of appreciation for Mr Akit Kunwar at the reception and a young intern, Mr. Nabraj who received me at the airport. I loved the stay.

Roof top bar could have been better .

Staff were excellent in all areas, the restaurant, the spa, front desk staff , the concierge (Guggan) etc..I can't think of any other trip I been on where the hotel staff are so so accommodating, well done to all.

Unfortunately, the the roof top swimming pool heating wasn't working, so we were unable to use the pool.

Excellent Buffet Breakfast with a large variety of hot/cold food.Location of the hotel is excellent and very central.

The location is close by to all the hot spots in Kathmandu. Staffs are amazing Suni has been spot on with recommendation from night clubs and bars.

The staffs are amazing especially Sunil. I came for one day but due to Sunil and his guidance of all the hot spots in Kathmandu I ended up staying 4 days more. Breakfast is amazing and the view of the city are amazing. Hilton Kathmandu is truly gem in the city.
